Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Puppy Capsule order. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS & INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, color, or size.

If the issue is our fault, we'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, standard returns cannot be accepted for products that have been visibly worn, used, or washed.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

These restrictions do not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

EXCHANGES

Need another size or color? Contact us at support@puppycapsule.com.

Once your return has been approved, the fastest option is generally to place a new order for the correct item while we process the eligible refund for your original order.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@puppycapsule.com.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
