Free shipping on every order — no minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with a tracking number you can follow until delivery.
Delivery time
Once shipped, your Puppy Capsule typically arrives within 6–12 business days. Delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer during peak seasons or carrier delays — if your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Tracking
Every order includes full tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, don't worry — updates can pause during international transit. Reach out anytime and we'll check on it for you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at support@puppycapsule.com and we'll correct it before shipment.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us — we'll work with you to resolve it.
